Our Story

Starting With One Mountain Home

CWL Investments began its rental journey in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina and is being built one property, one guest experience, and one lesson at a time.

Where It Started

Mars Hill Haven

Our first vacation rental is Mars Hill Haven, a four-bedroom mountain cabin in Mars Hill, North Carolina, near Hatley Pointe and Asheville.

Operating Mars Hill Haven from the ground up taught us that good hospitality reaches into nearly every part of a property: furnishings, maintenance, cleaning, technology, guest communication, direct booking, pricing, local partnerships, amenities, and even the instructions guests need after they arrive.

Those experiences became the foundation for how CWL Investments evaluates and operates properties.

Where We're Going

A Portfolio Designed to Grow Carefully

CWL Investments is being built as the parent company for a growing collection of rental homes serving different destinations and different reasons for travel.

Some properties may be vacation destinations. Others may serve traveling professionals, relocating families, military households, temporary housing needs, or longer-term residents.

Growth matters, but adding properties simply to make the portfolio larger is not the goal. Each home should have a clear purpose and provide real value to the people staying there.
